Q:What is your return policy?
A:Bespokeway will accept returns for legitimate reasons if they are shipped to us within 14 days of you receiving an order. All custom-made garments will apply 25% RESTOCKING FEE and Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
Q:I need my garments on a deadline - Expedited Delivery?
A:If you need your garments on a deadline you may ask for 3 weeks Expedited Delivery. This would move your order to the front of the production queue. The cost of this service is 50% of the normal price of the suit being expedited.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Since all of our garments are made to your specifications, it takes 4-5 weeks for your order to be processed. We want all our garments to be of exceptionally high standard with a perfect fit every time & our tailors pay detail attention to every aspect of each garment to ensure this. Please be patient, it takes time to create a great custom garment
Q:What is the difference between a bespoke suit and an off the rack suit?
A:A bespoke suit is a made to measure suit, made according to your size, shape and preferences. Retail off the rack suits come in standard sizes that are not your perfect fit.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, We Post to Worldwide.
Q:Do you make tuxedos and wedding suits?
A:Yes we do.
Q:Where is my order being tailored?
A:All orders are tailored in our workshops in South Asia.
Q:I'm a bit hesitant to order custom clothes online, will they fit me?
A:Each and every order submitted to us is reviewed for accuracy by our experts. If we feel there is any discrepancy in your measurements, which may happen with first time customers, we will contact you via e-mail to clarify it.Once you 100% satisfy only then we will move your order to the production line.
Q:Do I need to get measured every time I order?
A:No. If your measurements have not changed and you want to keep everything the same, you can make another order with the exact same measurements as your previous order.
Q:I have ordered several suits/shirts, but have only received one. Where are my remaining garments?
A:When you order more than one suit or shirt, we send out one suit or shirt as a trial. You must notify us of the fit so that we can make the appropriate adjustments if necessary. Please contact us to inform us about the fitting or adjustments required.
Q:Do I need to worry about shrinkage?
A:No, all our fabrics are pre-shrunk.
Q:How will you ship my order?
A:All the orders are shipped from our tailoring facility in South Asia via registered courier service and need to be signed for. Once posted we'll email you the courier website address & tracking number and you could track the progress of your purchase online. At our end we also continue to track your order actively till it gets delivered.
Q:Is it possible for you to duplicate the fit of a favorite shirt or suit?
A:Yes, just send us your favorite shirt or suit. We'll incorporate any changes you might want, and then return the garments you sent, along with your new garments.
Q:I don't have someone to measure me. Do you offer personalised fitting service?
A:As we are an online business only, therefore we can’t offer this service. However, you can ask your local tailor for help.It takes only 5 minutes to take the measurements and most tailors could help you at no extra cost.Please visit our online designing and measuring guide http://www.bespokeway.com/.
